Therapy for individuals & couples

You are capable of everything you want to be– and I am here to help you access that capability.

Whether you suffer from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, insecurities, or other life struggles – I will be here for you.

Who I serve.

I work with adults, teens, and couples.

My clients seek help for a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, insecurities, relationship issues, and life transitions.

If you are experiencing challenges in life, know that you are not alone. Help is available when you are ready. I am here to help you process through your struggles and work towards your goals.

What it’s like.

I promise to provide you with a comforting, non-judgmental environment. Counseling should make you feel welcomed, supported, and safe.

Our first meeting is all about getting comfortable with each other and determining if we are a good “fit.” If we are – great! If you feel we’re not-there is no obligation on your end to continue.

The details.

If you would like to chat before setting up an initial appointment, we can schedule a free 15 minute consultation meeting to discussed your specific needs and go over any additional questions

I offer 50 min. or 80 min. sessions for individuals. For couples, all sessions are 80 min.

The frequency of your appointments will depend on your specific needs. Some come weekly, while others check in once a month. We can discuss your needs and find a pace that works best for your specific situation.

“In any given moment we have two options: to step forward into growth or step back into safety.”

Abraham Maslow

You have the power to take the first step into healing.

Q: Do you offer virtual or in person appointments?

A: I am currently only accepting new clients to meet virtually, via Zoom.

Q: Should I have anything prepared for my first session?

A:  Nope- don’t sweat it! There is no pressure on you to have anything “prepared” when you come in. Nothing is expected of you. I will ask questions to get to know you and guide the session along the way as needed. The first meeting is really all about getting comfortable with each other and determining if we are a good “fit.” If we are- great! If you feel we’re not- there is no obligation on your end to continue.

Q: What if I work full time?

A: My availability is spread out over weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. We will find a meeting time that fits in with your work and family life.

Q: How often will we meet?

A: This depends your needs! Some come weekly, while some check in once a month. I recommend starting out weekly and making adjustments as needed. If you are unsure how often you should come in, we can discuss this together and find a frequency that makes the most sense for you.

Q: What do your sessions cost?

A: My fee is $100 per 50-minute session or $120 per 80-minute session. I also offer a sliding fee scale, which means that I am usually able to offer a more affordable price based on your needs. Let me know if you are interested in discussing a sliding fee scale rate.

Q: How can I book an appointment?

A: To book an appointment, click here to book online, or click here to email me. I can’t wait to meet you.
